Dependent Care FSA Claim Packet Checklist

A clean claim packet is easier to review when daycare receipts, provider details, service dates, dependent names, submitted months, and PDF exports are organized before you open your administrator portal.

Important boundary. This page is for organization only. It is not tax, legal, benefits, or reimbursement advice. Daycare FSA Claim Prep does not submit claims, connect to administrators, decide eligibility, or guarantee reimbursement.

Workflow before submission

  1. Group receipts by provider, dependent, and month.
  2. Review each receipt for missing service dates, amount, provider details, dependent name, and signature or itemization.
  3. Mark months already submitted so they do not get accidentally repeated.
  4. Export a PDF packet for your own claim workflow.
  5. Keep a CSV annual log for year-end review and follow-up.
  6. Submit only through your administrator's official portal or process.

How the app helps

Daycare FSA Claim Prep keeps provider records, dependent care receipts, OCR review fields, submitted month status, PDF claim packets, and CSV annual logs local on iPhone. It is built for preparation, not claim submission.

FAQ

Does Daycare FSA Claim Prep submit my DCFSA claim?

No. The app prepares local records, PDF packets, and CSV logs. You still submit claims through your own FSA administrator's official process.

Why track submitted months?

Tracking submitted months helps reduce duplicate submissions and makes it easier to see which receipts still need review, missing fields, or a clean packet.
