Privacy Policy

Daycare FSA Claim Prep is designed as a local-first document preparation tool. Version 1.0 does not require an account and does not use a backend server, advertising SDK, or third-party analytics SDK.

Data You Enter

The app may store provider names, provider addresses, dependent names, care dates, amounts, notes, receipt images or files, OCR text, and generated packet history on your device.

OCR and Photos

When you import or capture a receipt image, Apple Vision OCR runs on device to help recognize text. Receipt images and OCR text are not sent to us by version 1.0.

Data Collection

We do not collect personal data from the app in version 1.0. Data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share PDFs, CSV files, or other records.

Cloud AI

Cloud AI is not enabled in version 1.0. If a future version adds optional cloud AI, it will require a privacy update and clear user action before receipt text is sent to a provider.

Delete Data

You can delete local app data from Settings in the app or by deleting the app from your device.
